TICKETS & BOOKING QUERIES
Do I need to print my tickets out?
Tickets can be scanned directly from your phone.
My tickets never arrived?
Please contact the ticket provider as they deal with tickets, you may also want to check your junk email folder.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
We currently do not offer a refund on any tickets unless you’ve paid for the insurance protection offered by our ticket provider. ( If you have purchased protection by the ticket provider you will need to contact them with the information they provided )
Can I buy my ticket on the gate?
Tickets are available on the gate by either cash payment or by buying online through the ticket provider.
Are tickets individually priced?
Yes all tickets purchased are individual
Do you offer discount for emergency services and carers?
We currently do not offer any discounts.
ACCESSIBILITY
Are there toilets and showers on site?
Toilets and showers are located by the main entrance near security.
Are there disabled facilities on site?
There is a disabled toilet and shower located by the main entrance near security.
I won’t be arriving till late at night, can I still gain access?
Yes you can as security is on the gate throughout the event.

When is the show?
Friday 6th to Sunday 8th September 2024.
What are the show opening times?
Gates open at 9am on Friday 6th September
Gates open at 9am until 5pm on Saturday 7th September
Can I bring my dog?
Yes you can but they’re not allowed to stay overnight unless its an assistance dog.

Those who do not wish to display can park in the field opposite.

There are 3 catering vans at the event.
TRADERS
Are there any traders at the event?
Yes we have a variety of traders ranging from car accessories to car polishes.
