Yakushi Event Rules & Guidelines
Yakushi is dedicated to ensuring that you have a fantastic weekend with us. To achieve this, we have rules in place that help maintain an enjoyable atmosphere while keeping everyone safe.
We understand that no one likes being told what they can and can’t do, but these rules exist for a reason. Firstly, they uphold high safety standards for attendees, staff, traders, and the public – no one should come to harm while enjoying a weekend of Japanese car culture. Secondly, they help prevent any environmental issues that could impact the venue, the event organisers, or the future of Yakushi.
We ask that all attendees respect these rules to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the event. Additionally, guests staying at the on-site spa hotel and residents in nearby houses should not be disturbed. Any complaints received by the venue could bring the event to an untimely end, affecting everyone involved.
With that in mind, please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following rules. They are in place for a reason, and anyone found in breach will be evicted from the event without a refund.
By purchasing your tickets, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them throughout the event.
